Zhongzheng Lake
The Zhongzheng Lake (Chinese: 中正湖水庫; pinyin: Zhōngzhèng Hú Shuǐkù) is a lake and reservoir in Meinong District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan.[1]
History
The lake was originally named as Jhongjun Pi. In 1956, the lake was renamed to Zhongzheng Lake.
Geology
The lake covers an area of 21 hectares and has a capacity to store water for irrigation of over 130 hectares of farmland. It also serves as a fish pond.
