Zhang Bo (simplified Chinese: 张博; traditional Chinese: 張博; pinyin: Zhāng Bó; born in 1985 in Hebei),[1] also known as Gari, is the Chinese news anchor of CCTV Arabic Channel (CCTV - العربية). In 2003, he was admitted to the major of Arabic Studies of Beijing International Studies University and has been the Arabic news presenter of CCTV upon his graduation in 2007.[1][2] In December 2006, he served as the international volunteer of the 15th Asian Games in Doha, Qatar.[2] In 2013, he was named Top 10 of the Super Boy Singing Contest Xi'an Division.[1]
