Zekharia (Hebrew: זְכַרְיָה) is a moshav in central Israel. Located near Beit Shemesh, it falls under the jurisdiction of Mateh Yehuda Regional Council. In 2006 it had a population of 715.

The village was established in 1950 by immigrants from Kurdistan on land formerly part of the village of Az-Zakariyya.[1] Both were named after the Hebrew prophet Zechariah.
