Zeb Khan (born May 6, 1980) is an Indian television actor. His most prominent roles to date have been the positive role of Nand, foster father of Krishna in the mythological TV series, Jai Shri Krishna (2008–2009) and an out and out negative character portrayal of Vikramaditya in Meera (TV Series) (2009–2010). Today Zeb[1] stands as one of the most established actors in the Indian television fraternity.

Biography

Early life and Background

Khan has three elder sisters who are married and well settled. Zeb Khan did his schooling from St. Paul's Nainital. He came into Delhi where he was staying in new friends colony to do his colleging where he also pursued and completed a diploma in computers from NIIT Delhi. He won Mr Brilliant pageant in all Delhi a competition which was judged by Priya Gill which started his journey into the world of entertainment. Upon winning the title he was immediately selected for a leading garment chain for which he was the modelants to learn.

Career

Zeb [2] Khan's first show on Television was Ek Nazar ki tamanna for ETV URDU and Tumhara intezar hai for ETV URDU where Priyanka kothari now known as Nisha Kothari,a film actress played his lead. Then he played the lead inSamarpan where he played as a militant featuring Rajiv Khandelwal on DD Metro which was also produced by Rajiv Khandelwal. Then a show called Sahib Biwi Gulam on Sahara One where he was the youngest saheb in the family with Raveena Tandon and Ayub Khan...Then it was 'Sarrkkar[3] - Risshton Ki Ankahi Kahani'[4] on Zee...then 'Maahi Ve'[5] on Sony Sab...Then 'Hawayein' on DD1...then Meri Doli Tere Angana on Zee TV...then 'Jai Shri Krishna' on Colors and followed with 'Meera' on NDTV Imagine and now 'Ganga' on Colors. Beside these daily soups Zeb[6] has done almost 1500 episodic stories like CID,CID Special Bureau,Aahat,Akela,Karamchand,Munna Bhai VS Bimla tai,Raat Hone Ko hae.....
