Zdeněk Škromach (born 31 December 1956 in Jablonec nad Nisou) is a Czech politician, who currently serves as the Vice-President of the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic. He is also the Deputy Chairman of the Czech Social Democratic Party. He has wife and two children.
He announced on 2 February 2015 that he intends to run for president of the Czech Republic in 2018. He wants to gain support of Czech Social Democratic Party.[1]
