Zálužice is a village and municipality (obec) in Louny District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 6.06 square kilometres (2.34 sq mi), and has a population of 72 (as at 2 October 2006).

Zálužice lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) west of Louny, 49 km (30 mi) south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and 64 km (40 mi) north-west of Prague.
