Yuraq Q'asa or Yuraqq'asa (Quechua yuraq white, q'asa mountain pass, "white mountain pass", hispanicized spellings Yuraccasa, Yuraccacsa) is a mountain in the west of the Ch'ila mountain range in the Andes of Peru, about 5,456 metres (17,900 ft) high. It is located in the Arequipa Region, Castilla Province, on the border of the districts Chachas and Choco.[2] Yuraq Q'asa lies south of Ch'ila, the highest mountain in the range, and Chuqipirwa, south-east of Asnu Wañusqa ("donkey died", Asnohuañusca) and north-east of the lake Quchap'unqu ("lake reservoir", Cochapunco) and the mountains Sirani and Q'asiri.
