Yo! app is a local connectivity app or hyperlocal app (currently available on Android) to explore your surrounding by connecting with nearby people/business. Apart from local connectivity app, It is Hyperlocal Mobile Advertising platform to connect local SMBs/Retailer/businesses to its new and potential customers. So, It is both communication as well as business mobile app. It is available on Google Play and it is free of cost. Yo! app says : "If you can share location, you can share even more".

Design/Development

Yo! app is designed/developed by Prasanna Jha and Manish Jha. They started to work on this concept since January, 2013. This mobile application got more than 25 major releases till date.

Yo! app has released in March, 2013 on Google Play.

Moreover Yo! app got selected for Pitney Bowes's accelerator program.[2][3] Yo! app got attention on YourStory when YourStory recommended Yo! app to watch out among 15 Startups in Pune.[4]

Further Yo! app got selected as a tech30 company which is well prepared list of top 30 technology startups in India by YourStory.[5]
