Yesterday and Today (The Field album)
Yesterday and Today is the second album by The Field following his critically acclaimed debut From Here We Go Sublime. It was released on 26 May, 2009 in Europe and 26 May, 2009 in the USA.
Featuring 6 new tracks, Kompakt has stated that the album is "more organic than its predecessor." The album also has a guest appearance by Battles drummer John Stanier on its title track. Everybody's Got to Learn Sometime is a Korgis cover.
A single for the album, "The More That I Do", was released on 24 April, 2009.
