Evdokimov Yaroslav Alexandrovych (Євдокимов Ярослав Олександрович - ukr., born 22 November 1946) is a singer, baritone, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, People's Artist of the Belarus.
Biography
Yaroslav Alexandrovych Evdokimov was born on November 22, 1946 in Rivne.
His mother Anastasia Harytonivna Ocheretovych at the age of nineteen, having suffered from political repressions, went to the prison of Rivne. The famous singer in the world was born there. Zina, the wife of hero and the person who also was in the same ward, as Anastasia, saved Anastasia’s son from starvation during those terrible years. Zina fed Yaroslav and her own little baby. Father Alexander Gnatovych Evdokimov was from Perm region, the district of Krasnovysherskyy, was also arrested. Before Anastasia, Yaroslavl’s mother, was sent to serve her punishment, she had given her four-month son to her parents, and then the woman was at the one of the mines of Norilsk. In 1955, Anastasia could only see Yaroslav, when she was able to come to her native village.
Yaroslav grew in Polisya in the picturesque village Koryst, the district of Koretsky, the region of Rivne. He was brought up by his grandmother Yaryna, aunt Anna and by his grandfather Chariton, who was a first-class blacksmith, and even he sang in the church choir. From early childhood, grandfather was teaching his grandson to blacksmithing with the help of the song. Growing up, Yaroslav was absorbing all the beauty of Ukrainian nature and admiring the richest song culture of the native nation.
After high school, despite of innate talent, he studied at Vocational School of Korets (1964–1965 years), mastered the working specialty.
The time of military service came (1965-1968). The youth came to the Northern Navy, the peninsula of Kolsk, the city of Severomorsk, village Vydyayevo. He hadn’t been taken on board or a submarine because there was such a secret order: "Children of repressed parents are not allowed to work on the secret military facilities". Private Evdokimov served three years in the construction platoon. He was a negotiable singer. After demobilization he returned to his native village. Then Yaroslav went to work at a tire factory in Dnipropetrovsk, where he started singing in the restaurant by chance. There, in Dnipropetrovsk, Evdokimov married a Belarusian girl and he moved to her motherland.
The Ukrainian nugget hadn’t musical education, that’s why he wasn’t enrolled to the Philharmonic state. The artistic career of the singer found an honorable continuation. There is His Majesty Case: the concert program "Memory" was being formed and Evdokimov was at the right time and at the right place. Everything was new to the young artist – he was being listened by hundreds of people in the hall. By this time, he remembers the fear of going on stage. But the audience at once cordially accepted debutant, because Yaroslav sang sincerely, and this thing especially the audience admired. A lot of letters of thanks addressed to Evdokimov came to the Philharmonic. The collective concert crew had protected Yaroslav, and he was left at the Philharmonic. Since 1975 he is a soloist singer of Minsk Philharmonic. The success of the singer grew from concert to concert. And he realized that natural ability – is good, but the vocalist needed professional school. Yaroslav found a teacher of vocal -Vladimir Buchelya. Three years later he took lessons from Maestro, and simultaneously worked as a soloist in the chorus of the Belarusian Military District (1977–1980 years).
And again his majesty Case: before May 9, the singer took part in the public concert, where was present the first secretary of the Communist Party of Belarus Petro Masherov. Partisan in the past was fascinated by the song "Field of Memory", which shrewdly performed Yaroslav. An Emotion of the first man in the country was so strong that he ordered to assign Evdokimov honorary title "Honored Artist of the Byelorussian Soviet Socialist Republic".
The news about talented singer flew to Moscow. Olga Molchanova from national TV "posvatala" Evdokimov in the most popular program "A Wider Circle", «Let’s sing friends." In 1979 Yaroslav became a winner of the contest "With a song to life".
The artist’s voice often sounded in the All-Union Radio programs. Yaroslav graduated music school and became the vocal soloist of the Republican radio and television.
Yaroslav Evdokimov took part in "Slavonic Bazaar" (Vitebsk, Belarus), also he was a member of the jury of the festival.
In 1998, the singer – was the guest of the festival "Gold hit" (Mogilev, Belarus).
He had toured abroad to - France, Germany, Norway, Poland, Czechoslovakia, Iceland, Switzerland and Sweden.
The album "Everything will come true" (1988) – is the debut of Recording Studio -firm "Melody" at the All-Union. However, the artist's name had been well known to the audience, because creativity reliably took place in the hearts of millions of fans of melodic, sensual, lyrical, spiritual songs. But not only beautiful, generous singer's voice, but the openness of his heart for goodness, honesty, sincerity intonation, no doubt, meets the appropriate response. Yaroslav had been touring a lot and he is in fine vocal and physical shape.
Yaroslav Evdokimov has unusual tone of voice - a deep, bright, soft, velvety, lyrical baritone, sounding of which there is one tone and a series of overtones, higher than the basic tone and colorful sound palette voice the brighter, the more of these additional tones. The Range - two octaves. The essential value has flexibility, mobility of the voice, ability to easily change it, because well staged voice peculiar variety of timbres - actor can sing bass, tenor. The singer has stainless appliances of vocal and diction. By the force of his voice, he was compared with Caruso, and experts predicted him a career of opera singer, but Yaroslav had chosen people and works of authorship.
The songs became hits in his performance, created in collaboration with famous composers - E.Zarytskyy, L.Zahlyevnyy, A.Morozov, B.Emelyanov, V.Okorokov, V.Dobrynin, I.Mateta, H.Tatarchenko and poets - G. Buravkin, N.Hilevych, V.Neklyayev, M.Yasen, R.Rozhdestvenskyy, L.Rubalska, A.Poperechnyy, V.Vetrova, Y. Ribchinskogo, A.Demydenko. From 2009 Yaroslav Evdokimov –is a citizen of the Russian Federation.
