Yalçın Topçu

Yalçın Topçu (born 1957, Ardahan) is a Turkish politician. He was the leader of the Great Union Party. He resigned a defeat in the 2011 general elections. In a statement he released on his party's website, Topçu said he bears the blame for the current failure and that there is no word to be said after the people of a democracy have spoken.[1]
