Ya'ad (Hebrew: יַעַד, lit. Destiny or Goal) is a small moshav near the city of Karmiel in Israel. It is part of Misgav Regional Council.
It was founded in 1974 by computer science graduates from the Technion. It is built on the land where the Palestinian village of Mi'ar previously existed.[1]
In 2008 it was home to around 140 families.
