Yücel Oğurlu

Prof. Dr. Yücel Oğurlu (born 1970) is a Turkish jurist, lawyer and professor of Administrative Law. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Istanbul University in 1992. He completed Fiscal Law Master Programme (1995) and Public Law Doctorate Programme (1999) at Marmara University. Meanwhile, he started his academic career at the Atatürk University and Istanbul Commerce University.[1] He has been for postgraduate studies at Tilburg University in Netherlands and Ahmed Yesevi University[2] in Kazakhstan as visiting professor. Dr. Oğurlu worked twenty one years as a professor and he also worked as project manager in domestic and international projects on Administrative Law. He is still on Editorial Board of some academic journals.[3] Dr. Ogurlu is the rector of the International University of Sarajevo.[4][5] He has several books, book chapters[6] and articles on law.[7][8] He has also some newspaper articles.[9]
