XOX Berhad (MYX: 0165), DBA XOX, is a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) and SIM-free second mobile number application provider in Malaysia. It is the first and only publicly listed MVNO in Malaysia. It uses the Celcom 2G and 3G network and was allocated the mobile number prefix of 010 by the MCMC.

2014

In January 2014, it launched its SIM-FREE mobile number service called XOX-Voopee which shorten as Voopee. Voopee allows smartphones user with Andorid OS to download its Voopee application, to have a second mobile number without a SIM card needed.

In February 2014, XOX partnership with the Penang state government's information division to help it achieve its target of one million subscribers by year end. Following the collaboration, XOX expects to sign up around 200,000 subscribes in Penang alone. Under the partnership agreement, XOX will support the state government with an SMS platform for twelve months, which the government will use to inform residents about developments and announcements. XOX will also offer special packages in Penang. Other collaborations considered with the state government include free mobile Internet for young people and senior citizens, special tourist packs, and more.[2]

In March 2014, XOX announced that Voopee would soon be available globally in Europe and United States, after a joint-venture of XOX and Swedish e-horizon which led to establishment of a company named Junyverse in Sweden.[3]

On 9 April 2014, XOX introduced XOX Season Pass.[4][5]

As of April 2014, XOX have more than 300,000 subscribers.
