XHSECE-TDT is a public television station broadcasting in Querétaro, Querétaro in Mexico, on digital channel 50. The station's permit is held by the Sistema Estatal de Comunicación Cultural y Educativa del Gobierno de Querétaro (SECCE), or "State System for Cultural and Educational Communication of the Government of Querétaro". XHSECE's transmitter is located in Parque Nacional El Cimatario along with those for most of the other television stations in the state.
Cofetel awarded the permit for channel 50 to SECCE in January 2012, making XHSECE the second public television station in Querétaro, behind OPMA transmitter XHOPMQ-TDT (channel 30).
