XHRR (branded as La Ley 102.5/92.7) is a Spanish-language regional Mexican FM radio station that serves the McAllen, Texas (USA) / Reynosa, Tamaulipas (Mexico) border area. While XHRR is licensed to Reynosa, it broadcasts from studios in McAllen, and airs advertisements and programming aimed at a U.S. audience.
In order to cover the entire Rio Grande Valley, XHRR simulcasts on KESO 92.7 in the lower Valley.
History
XHRR FM used to be an affiliated station to Mexican radio company MVS Radio airing its networks FM Globo since its beginning until 2000 and Exa FM since 2000 until 2005.
