XHCNL-TV is a Televisa owned and operated television station in Monterrey, Nuevo León and Saltillo, Coahuila. It broadcasts news, sports, and entertainment programs produced by Televisa Monterrey, and a selection of network's national programs. Their signal is also available on SKY Mexico satellite system, on channel 142. Prior to 2005, the programs on XHCNL were on XEFB-TV channel 2, another Televisa station.
The Saltillo retransmitter, on channel 2, is licensed to rebroadcast XEFB but has relayed XHCNL since 2005.
