World One is a supertall residential skyscraper under construction in Mumbai, India.[4] It is located in Upper Worli[5] within Mumbai on the 7.1-hectare (17.5-acre) defunct Shrinivas Mill site.[6] The project will cost 20 billion (US$320 million) and is expected to be completed in 2016,[7][8] becoming the world’s tallest residential tower.[9][10]
World One's architect is Pei Cobb Freed & Partners and the structural engineer is Leslie E. Robertson Associates.[11] Apartment prices in World One start from 75 million (US$1.2 million) with the most expensive being as much as 500 million (US$7.9 million),[6] while Lodha Group anticipates total revenue of 50 billion (US$790 million) from the sale of these apartments.[12]

Construction update
- As of November 2014, construction of World One Tower has reached the 80th floor, or approximately 300 meters.
