Woolley’s Classic Suites

The Woolley’s Classic Suites hotel chain is founded by hotelier Robert. E. Woolley.

Originator of the all-suite hotel concept,[1] Robert E. Woolley has overseen the development, management and expansion of hotel collections totaling more than 45 hotels and 10,000 suites.[2]

All-suite format

The idea for an all-suite hotel was developed with the objective of providing spacious facilities to guests at competitive rates. At Woolley’s Classic Suites, each guest room is a suite with a separate living room and bedroom. For leisure travelers, the extra space afforded by the living room allows for the room to be easily converted into a bedroom for sleeping up to two additional guests. The space also allows business travelers the opportunity for separate working and sleeping areas. Each location will welcome guests through a lush, oasis-style atrium and provide complimentary breakfasts and cocktail hours, hallmarks of the Woolley tradition.[3]

Denver-Aurora

The site of the first of several Woolley’s Classic Suites is planned for the Denver-Aurora market,[4] located in Gateway Office Park, approximately 10 miles from Denver International Airport (DIA) and 13 miles from downtown.

Denver is a year-round leisure and business destination, and DIA is the only major hub airport within a 500-mile radius serving as a gateway to Colorado’s tourism industry.[5] In 2010, the Denver area hosted more than 12 million overnight visitors in town for business or to explore the area’s many sports, entertainment and cultural attractions.
