History
Woodcreek High School was established in 1994. When it opened it served as a high school for Roseville and the surrounding area in the newer section of the town. As the population of Placer County increased, many schools were assigned to the Roseville Joint Union High School District. It is one of the five (the other four being Roseville High, Oakmont High, Antelope High, and Granite Bay High) common high schools in the Roseville Joint Union High School District.
In its 18th academic year of existence, Woodcreek has only had two principals. Christine Minero served for the first 9 years before being resigning in 2003. Jess Borjon just started his 9th year as the principal. Borjon was formerly the vice principal at Granite Bay High School in Granite Bay, CA.
