Wong Yung-kan, SBS, JP (Chinese: 黃容根, born 10 August 1951, Hong Kong) was the member of Legislative Council of Hong Kong (Legco), representing agriculture and fisheries industry in functional constituencies seats. He is also the member of Tai Po District Council representing Po Nga constituency.
Born into a Tanka family, he is a fisherman. He is also a member of the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong.[1]
