Wolfgang Bötsch
Wolfgang Bötsch (born September 8, 1938 in Bad Kreuznach) is a German politician, representative of the Christian Social Union of Bavaria. Between 1974 and 1976 he represented the Landtag of Bavaria and between 1993 and 1997 he was the Minister of Post and Telecommunications.[1]
