Without Regret is the debut album from American Idol season two seventh place finalist, Kimberly Caldwell. The album was supposed to be released on April 6, 2010 by Vanguard Records and Capitol Records, but according to Caldwell's website and YouTube channel, the album was pushed back to a July 2010 release date. It was then pushed back again until December 31, 2010. After a fourth delay the album was finally released on April 19, 2011.[3] Caldwell co-wrote the song Tacking Back My Life with the Brett Epstein.[4]

Singles
- "Mess of You": The single was released on Caldwell's official website and MySpace page on December 17, 2009.
- "Desperate Girls & Stupid Boys": The single was released on December 3, 2010, which led to Caldwell to push back the release of the album to its current release date. The song debuted at number 50 on Billboard's Hot Dance Club Play Chart. It was her first ever appearance on a billboard chart and it's been 8 years since she was on American Idol.[5]
