Wiqrunqucha (Quechua wiqru twisted, bent, -n a suffix, qucha lake,[2] hispanicized spelling Huegroncocha) is a lake in the Cordillera Blanca in the Andes of Peru located in the Ancash Region, Asunción Province, Chacas District.[3] It is situated at a height of 4,250 metres (13,944 ft), 393 m long and 120 m at its widest point.[4] Wiqrunqucha lies north of the lake Yanaqucha and west of the lake Runtuqucha.
