Windsor State Forest
Windsor State Forest is a Massachusetts state forest in the town of Windsor managed by the Department of Conservation and Recreation. A forest highlight is the waterfall at Windsor Jambs which cascades through a 25-foot-wide (7.6 m) gorge between 80-foot-high (24 m) granite walls.[1]
Activities and amenities
- Trails: Trails are available for hiking, walking, mountain biking, horseback riding, and cross-country skiing.[2]
- Camping: As of 2013, the park's 24-site campground was closed as was the swimming area on the Westfield River.
