William "Willie" Taylor (born Edinburgh, circa 1870, died 23 July 1949) was a Scottish footballer who played for Heart of Midlothian, Blackburn Rovers and the Scottish national team.[1] He finished as the top scorer in the Scottish Football League Division One in the 1896–97 season.[2]
