William Upton Richards
William Upton Richards (April 29, 1811-June 16, 1873) was a prominent Tractarian priest in the Church of England who served mostly notably the vicar of All Saints, Margaret Street from 1859-73. On the 22nd Aug. 1835 he married Caroline Cazalet at All Souls,St Marylebone,London.
