William "Willie" Thomas was a Welsh professional rugby league footballer of the 1900s, 1910s and 1920s, playing at representative level for Wales, and at club level for Salford,[1] as a centre, i.e. number 3 or 4.

Thomas won a cap for Wales while at Salford in 1911.[2]
Rugby Football League Championship final appearances
During Thomas' time a Salford, they defeated Huddersfield 5-3 in the 1913–14 Rugby Football League Championship final.
