Meyhna'ch (born William Roussel on February 17, 1976), who also goes under the alias Melancholic Lord of Torments, is the man behind the one-man bands Mütiilation and Satanicum Tenebrae.

Meyhna'ch was once a member of the notorious French circle "Les Légions Noires," the "Black Legions." He contributed to projects from 1994 to 1996, when he was expelled for undisclosed reasons; it has been suggested (and rumors abound) that drug addiction was the problem,[1][2] but this may be difficult to verify, as with many matters relating to the Black Legions. During his time in the group, he produced the magazine The Black Plague - First Chapter (And Maybe Last One), in which he interviewed some of the members and bands from the circle at the time (1995).

In 1999, Meyhna'ch returned to the music scene. He first formed the band Malicious Secrets in 1999, his first foray back into the scene since 1996. From 2000 until 2004 he fronted Gestapo 666, and started the band Hell Militia in 2001.

Meyhna'ch's most recent project goes by the name of O.D. Sanctus. He has released two demo versions of their songs on their Myspace page.
