William Richards (college administrator)
William Richards is the current president of SUNY Orange, located in Orange County, New York. He has been the president there since August 1, 2003. Richards has been in administrative positions in various junior and community colleges throughout the country, including in Denver, Colorado, and Houston, Texas.

- Treasurer- Newburgh Armory. --He currently serves on six non-profit boards and is an officer on four. He also serves as a consultant to the National Science Foundation and the National Endowment for the Humanities.
