William Lorge

William Lorge (August 31, 1960) was a Wisconsin politician.

Born in Bear Creek, Wisconsin, Lorge graduated from Clintonville High School and then received his bachelor's degree from University of Wisconsin–Madison. He served as a Congressional aide and a Wisconsin legislative assistant. Lorge was also a farmer. Lorge served in the Wisconsin State Assembly from 1989 until 1999.[1][2][3] His father, Gerald, was a member of the Assembly and the Wisconsin State Senate, and his brother, Robert, was an unsuccessful candidate for the United States Senate against incumbent Herb Kohl in 2006.

William Lorge has been a real estate broker since 1987 and has worked as an agent with Shorewest (formerly Wauwatosa Realty) Realty and First Weber Realty as a full service broker before starting Badgerland MLS in 2003. Badgerland MLS sells properties on the MLS and Homes.com all over Wisconsin.[4]
