William Koepsel

William Koepsel was a member of the South Dakota Senate.

Biography

Koepsel was born in Dodge County, Wisconsin in 1858.[1] He moved to Groton, South Dakota in 1882.

Career

Koepsel was a member of the Senate from 1903 to 1906. He was a Republican.[2]
