General Lord William Frederick Ernest Seymour KCVO (8 December 1838 - 9 February 1915) was a senior British Army officer.
Military career
Born the son of Admiral Sir George Francis Seymour, Seymour served in the Crimean War in 1854 and in the Anglo-Egyptian War in 1882.[1] He became Lieutenant of the Tower of London in 1902 before retiring in 1905.[1] He was also Colonel-in-Chief of the Coldstream Guards.[2]
