William Caldwell Harrop

William Caldwell Harrop (born February 19, 1929)^[1] served as US Ambassador to Guinea (May 29, 1975 – July 15, 1977), Kenya (July 10, 1980 – September 1, 1983), Seychelles (August 26, 1980 – September 22, 1983) and Israel (January 21, 1992 – May 7, 1993).
