Wilfried Emvula
Wilfried Emvula is a Namibian politician and diplomat. A member of the South West Africa People's Organization, Emvula is Namibia's ambassador to the United Nations.[1] In 2006 he was made ambassador to Ethiopia; prior to his appointment to Ethiopia, Emvula was ambassador to France from 1999-2006. Married to Ester Emvula.
Political career
Emvula joined the National Council of Namibia in 1993. He later became Deputy Ministry of Trade and Industry prior to being replaced by Bernhardt Esau in 1999. He is also a trustee of the Legal Assistance Centre.[2]
