Wilfred Jacobs
Sir Wilfred Ebenezer Jacobs (19 October 1919–11 March 1995) was the first Governor-General of Antigua and Barbuda. He held this position from 1 November 1981 to 10 June 1993. He was replaced by James Carlisle. He was also the governor of Antigua and Barbuda from 1967 until that country gained independence in 1981 and he became governor-general.
