"Who's That Girl" is the first single taken from Eve's second album Scorpion and her fifth U.S. single, whereas it was her debut single throughout Europe.
The song peaked at number forty seven on the Billboard Hot 100, and number six in the United Kingdom. It was also number 97 on VH1's 100 Greatest Songs of Hip Hop.
