The white-headed bulbul (Hypsipetes thompsoni) is a songbird species in the bulbul family (Pycnonotidae). It is the sometimes separated in a monotypic genus Cerasophila (literally meaning "cherry-lover").[2]

It is found in Burma, Thailand, and Vietnam. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montane forests. It is not considered a threatened species by the IUCN.[3]
