The Westmeath Senior Hurling Championship is an annual Gaelic Athletic Association competition organised since 1903 by Westmeath GAA among the top hurling clubs in County Westmeath, Ireland. The winner qualifies to represent the county in the Leinster Senior Club Hurling Championship, the winner of which progresses to the All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Championship.

The 8 clubs that will compete in the 2013 Westmeath Senior Hurling Championship are:

Clonkill, Raharney, Castletown Geoghegan, St Oliver Plunkett's, Castlepollard, Lough Lene Gaels, Delvin and Crookedwood.

Senior hurling in 2013 as well as the Adrian Murray Cup are the reward for Crookedwood's 2012 Intermediate Championship win. St Brigid's were unable to secure a second consecutive year in the Senior Championship and are relegated to Intermediate.
