Incidents

On October 29, 2007, there was a fire in the school's auto shop. One of the teachers' cars had caught on fire, spreading quickly through different areas of the room. The students of West Carleton were evacuated as firefighters were called. There were no injuries, and firefighters managed to control the blaze and kept it from spreading to other parts of the school. Students returned to school the next day. The auto shop was repaired in time for the second semester of classes.
