Wendy Lynn Lucero (born June 26, 1963 in Denver, Colorado) is a retired female diver from the United States, who competed for her native country at the 1988 Summer Olympics.
Lucero claimed the silver medal at the 1991 World Aquatics Championships in the inaugural 1m Springboard event. After her marriage to NBA basketball player Danny Schayes she was known as Wendy Schayes. She is the daughter-in-law of Dolph Schayes, a NBA player and a member of Basketball Hall of Fame.
