Wardhannapet is a village and a mandal in Warangal district in the state of Telangana in India. [1]

Geography

Wardhannpet is on the warangal - khammam highway, about 25 km from Warangal city. This town has been developed on the bank of the Akeru River, a small river which was once the main water resource for agriculture and drinking water for the people. Wardhannapet is the mandal headquarters and Civil hospital, high school, Jr. college and police station are available. Bharatiya Nataka Kala Samithi was established by Eaga Sreehari founder and General Secretary in 1974 to promote the ancient Indian fine art forms like drama, music, folk forms of arts, literature, etc. headquarters as Wardhannapet and Telugu Drama competitions are being conducted.

It is one of the village besides Inavolu. ZILLA PARISHAD HIGH SCHOOL is started in the village is 2007-2008. RAJIV GANDHI UNIVERSITY IIIT seat is got 2008-2009 academic year. kakkiralapally village is famous for rocks.most of the people depend only on agricultural and this rocks.
