Waqas Ali Vicky
Waqas Ali Vicky (Urdu: وقاس علی وکی) is a Pakistani singer and reality programs competitor. Famously known for his first reality show Pakistan Idol.[1] Waqas is a contemporary singer hails from a non-music background. He is one of the 11 finalist of currently running Pakistani reality singing competition Pakistan Idol.[2] Waqas follow Sonu Nigam as his singing Idol.
Personal life
Waqas Ali Vicky born as a Waqas Ali to a Muslim Family in a small city of Punjab district Jada, Jhelum. He holds a degree in Journalism, with no training in music or non-music background Waqas trained himself as a contemporary singer.
Pakistan Idol
Waqas Ali Vicky auditioned for Pakistan Idol in Islamabad Auditions, all the way travel from Mian channu to Islamabad. Judges were deeply impressed by the performance of Waqas and he received yes from Bushra and Hadiqa. Waqas Ali Vicky comes in bottom 3 due to the lacks of votes but was saved having higher votes than Waqas Ali who eliminates in last eliminations.[3] Waqas Ali Vicky is Eliminated on March 23, 2014 after getting less votes than Abdul Rafay Khan and Muhammad Shoaib. He is good friends with Zamad Baig, Shameer Aziz Quidwai, Syed Ali Asad Zaidi and Kashif Ali.
