</ref>[2] hispanicized spelling Huamanchoque) is a 5,156 metres (16,916 ft) high mountain in the Urupampa mountain range in the Andes of Peru. It is located in the Cusco Region, Calca Province, Calca District, north of the Willkanuta River. Wamanchuqi lies at the Kancha Kancha valley (Cancha Cancha) where the Lares trek route passes by. It is situated south of the mountain Kancha Kancha Q'asa, south-west of the mountains Sawasiray and Kuntur Wachana, and north of a lower peak named Kuntur Wachana. One of the nearest towns is Huayllabamba.[3]
