Walter Edward Sachs (1884 – August 21, 1980) was a notable American financier. A scion of the Goldman–Sachs family, Sachs was a partner at Goldman Sachs from 1928 to 1959, guiding the company through the Great Depression.[2] He was an alumnus of Harvard Business School.[3]
