Wallqan (Quechua wallqa, walqa,[3][4] -n a suffix, hispanicized spellings Hualcan, Hualcán) is a mountain in the Cordillera Blanca in the Andes of Peru, about 6,122 metres (20,085 ft) high. It is located in the Ancash Region, Asunción Province, Chacas District, as well as in the Carhuaz Province, Carhuaz District.[5] Wallqan lies south-east of the smaller Chiqllarahu.
