The Wales national netball team represents Wales in international netball competition.

The Welsh Netball Association (Welsh: Cymdeithas Bêl-Rwyd Cymru), the governing body for netball in Wales, is responsible for Welsh squad selection, international matches and for the training and development of players.[1][2][3]

Wales' current INF world ranking is 8th, as of 19 September 2014.

Players

Twelve players were selected for the 2011 World Netball Championships, held from 3–10 July.[4]

Competitive history

Wales's most recent test series was in the Cook Islands in October 2012. Wales travelled to the Cook Islands to play in a tri-series which also included Scotland. Wales won three out of three matches (one against Scotland and two against Cook Islands.)
