Waña Q'awa (Aymara waña dry, q'awa little river, ditch, crevice, fissure, gap in the earth,[2][3] "dry brook" or "dry ravine", hispanicized spelling Huañacagua) is a mountain in the Andes of Peru, about 5,200 metres (17,060 ft) high. It is situated in the Arequipa Region, Castilla Province, Chachas District. Waña Q'awa lies north-west of the mountain Ch'uwañuma and south-west of the mountain Asiruta.[1]
