Initially The Corporate Ministry's Theme was Going to Be Released on this album Both verisons but the original theme was released on WWE Anthology (Federation Era)

Critical response

Alex Ristic of Slam! Wrestling wrote that "If there was ever a more appropriate album for WWF superstar entrance themes than WWF: The Music: Volume 4, I haven't heard it."[1]
