W17AY was a low power television station in Seaman, Ohio, owned and operated by Tranquility Community Church of nearby Peebles, Ohio. W17AY broadcast local and national religious programming, mainly programs from the Trinity Broadcasting Network.
The station's license was canceled on January 3, 2014 for failure to file for license renewal.[1]
